Joyce Hue
Clinical Hypnotherapist/ Counselling Psychologist
As can be seen with a Masters of Counseling (UM) and a Bachelors of Science degree in Psychology and Management (honors) from the Upper Iowa University, Joyce has the passion in studying human behavior and helping them to realize their own unique capabilities. Joyce is a Counselling Psychologist registered with Lembaga Kaunselor Malaysia and certified as a hypnotherapist with the renowned National Guild of Hypnotists, USA (NGH), she is a clinical hypnotherapist who work with individual clients as well as groups and the corporate sector. Joyce also completed her Diploma with the London College of Clinical Hypnosis (LCCH) and Tan Tock Seng Hospital, Singapore. She is also trained in Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) with the Association for the Advancement of Meridian Energy Techniques (UK). Joyce is a certified practitioner for Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR), which is very effective for trauma. She is also a Accredited Goulding Sleep Talk for Children consultant, a process that helps build the self-esteem of children. She believes that with these various tools, and together with her vast knowledge of the subconscious mind, she is able to help train and improve the lives of many.
Joyce founded Advance Dynamics Asia in 2009 with the dream of improving lives and empowering people. She is also attached with Eve Caring Center, a psychological rehabilitation center in PJ and The Mind Faculty S/B, a private specialist mental healthcare clinic in Mon’t Kiara. Joyce feels that mental and emotional health is just as important and physical health. She currently practices hypnotherapy and finds true meaning in it. Her areas of specialty include performance anxiety and smoking cessation. She was involved with University Malaya’s pain clinic (the use of hypnotherapy for orthopedic patients), The Westin KL’s relaxation via hypnosis program and LCCH Singapore’s Stop Smoking program. She also volunteers as a counselor and a social worker for a local NGO who runs a helpline. Joyce also has a firm footing in the training field. She enjoys training, public speaking and sharing her knowledge. She cites training a group of youths under a government grant for the 9th Malaysian Plan as the event that embarked her on her current journey. Having been a Toastmaster member for more than 10 years now, training and public speaking comes naturally for her. She has been a mentor and has trained many people in public speaking courses. Her talent in this skill can also be seen as she has won an award for Best Speaker 2004, Trinity Guildhall (London).
Seeing the importance of communication in today’s society, Joyce also holds a Certificate in TEFL (Teaching English as a Foreign Language). To her, interaction and being able to communicate with one another is vital in today’s workforce. Therefore, through her course syllabuses, be it for team building or public speaking workshops, one can always notice the emphasis on interpersonal communication. Joyce is also a certified trainer with PSMB (Pembangunan Sumber Manusia Berhad) .

Sutha is a registered Counselling Psychologist under the Malaysia Board of Counsellor. She has 8 years of experiences working with issues that related to teenagers, adults and family. She provides individual counselling, group counselling and art therapy. She is also a certified Art Therapist under British Association of Art Therapist.
Her approach is mainly based on humanistic therapies which focuses on provide insight to identify their strength and choices. She incorporate different modalities into her practice including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), mindfulness and emotional-based therapy.

Julynn Ng
Counselling Psychologist
Julynn is a Counselling Psychologist by Lembaga Kaunselor Malaysia (LKM), with the certificate in Client based Counselling Training, Career Counselling (RIASEC & MBTI) Training and Understanding Malaysia Counseling Act Training. She is also a lecturer teaching in a few Private renowned universities specializing in training, facilitating, mentoring, counseling students and conducted career talks in Peninsular Malaysia. Julynn has been actively involved in experiential learning and working with a different age range of clients in individual and group counseling related to depressions and career/study planning. By receiving positive feedback from her clients, as well as the corporate side, she developed her passion for counseling, teaching, and training.

Grace Gu
Counselling Psychologist
Grace is a registered Counselling Psychologist with Lembaga Kaunselor Malaysia. She has experiences conducting individual client counseling, group counseling, and support groups. As a foreigner, Grace has a strong background in multicultural counseling. She specializes in motivation, time management, and emotional intelligence. She is currently doing her PhD in University of Malaya.

Chuah Siew Moi @ Melanie
Counselling Psychologist
Melanie is a registered Counselling Psychologist with Lembaga Kaunselor Malaysia. She is also trained under Choice Theory and Reality Therapy, as well as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). She has experiences working with marginalized communities, domestic violence survivors, substance abusers, patients in psychiatric care and the general public. Her own experience as a caregiver for patients with mental health problems has given her compassion in understanding of human behavior.
Melanie believes that life is a series of choices we make. Therefore, her role is to facilitate the exploration of these choices and empower people to make the best choices for themselves. She incorporates humor and creativity in redefining the stories people tell themselves. As a trauma-informed practitioner, Melanie focuses on creating a safe space for her clients to begin their healing journey.

Ng Jun Kiat
Counselling Psychologist
Jun Kiat is a registered Counselling Psychologist with Lembaga Kaunselor Malaysia. He has the experience in conducting individuals and group counselling, currently working as a counsellor in high school. Jun Kiat is also trained with various courses such as Clinical Trauma Professional Intensive Course, Psychological First Aids and other courses that relate to traumatic experiences, bullying and sexual abuse. With his experience, skills and qualifications, he has been conducting individuals and group counselling to support psychological well-being through counselling.
